Energy storage changes human life
Forms of energy have constantly changed as the needs of the time change and have shown its strong presence as a catalyst for upgrading human’s life. When mankind first discovered fire and started using it, it was indeed a giant step towards a better life for all. Then came the transition from hunting and gathering to settled agriculture by using natural energy sources, and by 18th century, with the invention of steam engines and internal combustion engines achieved by fossil fuel energy, the humanity embraced the era of industrialization.
Another paradigm shift came when generating a large volume of electricity became possible. Electricity has allowed more efficiency in using time, space, and resources. What’s more, modern transportation and communication are bridging the world with the help of electricity. The ever-expanding range of human life and activities means there are ripples created in each and every speck of our society. Fire was the spark that prompted the beginning of human civilization, and electricity was the spark that stoked that of modern civilization.
Today, we are witnessing even more innovative change than at the dawn of electricity. Energy storage is now presenting limitless possibilities for humanity. We are now in an environment where anyone can easily access stored energy at any time. At the center of this innovative transformation stands batteries.

These days, batteries are the hottest buzz of the energy storage forms in the industry with its contribution to driving innovation in energy usage. In addition, battery-equipped electric bicycles and electric kickboards are already familiar with our daily lives and provide better mobility convenience.

With the global effort to combat the environment pollution for the sustainability of our planet Earth, batteries are rising as the most efficient solution for storing and transporting renewable energy. Gone are the days of internal combustion engines that pollute the air, and here comes the era of eco-friendly, electric vehicles. Energy storage systems are now the prevailing force for renewable energy power sources such as solar and wind power.
