SAMSUNG SDI is participating in InterBattery 2025 from March 5 to 7, presenting its latest advancements in battery technology. Meet visitors at the SAMSUNG SDI booth to hear their thoughts on the company's cutting-edge battery technology. 

InCelligent Life: Transforming Everyday Life with Battery Technology 

Under the theme “InCelligent Life,” SAMSUNG SDI showcased how its battery technology enhances and upgrades daily experiences. 

The exhibition booth, designed with a dynamic interplay of colors, successfully encapsulated this concept. University student Woo-yeong Lee shared their impression: “I visited the exhibition to learn more about batteries, and I appreciated how the explanations were structured in a way that made them easy to understand.”

Beyond showcasing its proprietary technological innovations, SAMSUNG SDI also offered a glimpse into the future applications of its battery-powered products. Graduate student Hye-jin Jeon remarked on the company’s advancements after observing the SBB 1.5 fire suppression system: “Seeing the SBB 1.5 system in action reinforced my perception that SAMSUNG SDI’s products are becoming increasingly sophisticated. I am aware that SAMSUNG SDI maintains a substantial R&D investment relative to revenue, surpassing that of its competitors. I believe this commitment to innovation will enable the company to remain at the forefront of the market.”

The More Capable Zone featured MobED and DAL-e, developed by Hyundai·Kia Motor Group Robotics Lab, which are equipped with SAMSUNG SDI’s 21700 battery. DAL-e, in particular, introduced itself to visitors, explaining that it runs on SAMSUNG SDI batteries and engaging in interactive conversations. 

In the More Confident Zone, an interactive exhibition space envisioned the future of bus stops, allowing visitors to board ROii. University student Dong-hun Park, after experiencing the ride, shared: “This was my first time seeing an autonomous bus, and I found it truly fascinating. It also sparked my curiosity about how cylindrical batteries are integrated into vehicles like ROii.”

Despite being the opening day of InterBattery 2025, the SAMSUNG SDI booth drew significant visitor interest, with continuous engagement and inquiries regarding its battery technologies. Su-yeong Byeon reflected on her experience: “Exploring the booth, I discovered that SAMSUNG SDI’s products have received numerous accolades across various industries. I hope to see the company expand further and solidify its position as a global leader in the battery industry.”

SAMSUNG SDI’s exhibition, which highlights its core technologies, safety innovations, and quality, will continue through March 7.
